Ms. Dessables’ base rate is competitive, with flexibility based on the project type and parameters. Most service proposals also include a package rate, reducing the risk to the contracting agency by supplying a locked-in price for defined outcomes and outputs.
Ms. Dessables may be contracted on retainer for a monthly fee. Retainer-based services include monitoring the funding environment and reporting agency-specific opportunities, being on stand-by for policy-writing during audit or accreditation preparation, and assisting an agency’s staff with particular projects.
Ms. Dessables is also available for short-term fractional employment to cover management vacancies, manage program or system implementation projects, or to assist with agency transition activities.
